Android is an open source software created devices with different form factors.
Elitegroup Computer Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ECS") hereby provides the online updates of certain open source software through Google OTA ("GOTA") for Android devices for ECS's end users or ECS's customers.
The open source software and the related source code are licensed and made available subject to the terms and conditions of GNU General Public License ("GPL").
THE OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE AND SOURCE CODE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND ECS, ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE AND RELATED SOURCE CODE NOTWITHSTANDING ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STAUTORY OR OTERWISE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, STATUTORY QUALITY OR CORRECTNESS. Above statement does not affect or enhance any warranty or disclaimer which ECS provides to any ECS's products which embedded with the open source software.
